NHOOD HOLDING's DPO is the designated contact person for any requests relating to the processing of personal data by NHOOD HOLDING. As such, NHOOD HOLDING's DPO handles requests relating to data processing carried out by NHOOD HOLDING.  

3. POINTS OF COLLECTION OF YOUR DATA, BASIS AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Within the framework of this privacy policy, NHOOD HOLDING, in its capacity as data controller, undertakes to limit the points of collection of your data to what is strictly necessary. These points of collection are therefore limited to what is described below.

When you access the Website, you may be required to provide us with personal data by completing the mandatory fields on our online registration forms (identification data: surname, first name, contact details: email address). These forms are available on our Website in order to simplify registration for digital or physical events organised by NHOOD HOLDING. on the basis of Article 6.1.b of the GDPR, relating to pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The fields identified as mandatory are necessary for the processing of your request. Otherwise, it cannot be processed.

Finally, this data is collected solely for the purpose of registering your registration. It is kept for 3 years from the date of submission of the registration form.

• Data processing carried out following the completion of contact forms: 

The contact form is posted online by NHOOD HOLDING, acting as data controller. 
The data collected via this form (identification data: surname, first name, contact details: email address, professional data: company) is necessary in order to respond to your request. The fields marked as mandatory are necessary for processing your request. If these fields are not completed, your request cannot be processed. 
This processing is based on our legitimate interest, which does not infringe on the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned. 
The data is only accessible to authorised internal departments in charge of communication and is kept for a maximum of three years from the last contact made by you.
It may be processed by our technical subcontractors involved in managing the website and hosting the form, acting in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

• Application forms for job offers proposed by NHOOD HOLDING:  

The job offers accessible via our Website link to a dedicated platform where candidates can view the professional opportunities offered by NHOOD HOLDING and submit their applications.
The data collected in this context (identification data: surname, first name, contact details: address, email, application data: professional background, education, skills and any information voluntarily provided in the CV or cover letter) is necessary for the examination of your application. The fields marked as mandatory are necessary for the processing of your application. If these fields are not completed, your application cannot
be processed. This data is processed by the Human Resources department of NHOOD HOLDING on the basis of Article 6.1.b of the GDPR, relating to pre-contractual measures taken at your request. 
The data is kept for the time necessary to review your application. If your application is unsuccessful, it may be kept for a maximum of two years from the last contact, unless you object. 
The data is only accessible to authorised persons involved in the recruitment process and, where applicable, to our technical subcontractors acting in accordance with our instructions. 
Applicants are asked not to submit any sensitive data that is not necessary for the consideration of their application.
