Antoine Grolin

A graduate of HEI, Antoine Grolin is a committed entrepreneur who places sustainability, responsibility and operational efficiency at the heart of urban and economic development. Since 2020, he has chaired the Board of Directors of Nhood, Foncière Ceetrus and Groupe Projex, an innovative building engineering design office, with rigour and enthusiasm.

Rooted in strong family values and sincere humanism, he founded Nhood in 2021, with the conviction that the regeneration of territories must combine urban diversity, commercial vitality, ecology, innovation and social impact. Under his inspiration and energising leadership, Nhood has become a major player in the sustainable transformation of cities, based on an integrated ESG approach centred on a triple positive impact: economic, social and environmental.

Antoine champions a lofty vision of meaningful real estate that rejects stagnation. He cultivates and shares this "desire to desire", which is essential for the transmission and sharing of places of commerce and life that are once again becoming spaces for use, experience and connection, places that improve community life.

His commitment is part of a rich career path: he has held several international positions at Bouygues Construction (France, United Kingdom, Mozambique, 1999–2003), developing a global vision of issues, particularly human issues, with a natural curiosity for encounters, human trajectories and collective victories.

Today, at the head of New Immo Holding, Antoine Grolin is working to bring together an ecosystem of companies committed to the same ambition: to accelerate the transition to responsible, vibrant and regenerative real estate, where each project combines operational performance, commercial attractiveness and collective progress.
